Description of Services

Quarterly - 2000 Hrs or 3 month intervals or
Semi-Annual - 4000 Hrs or 6 month intervals:

• Replace the air inlet filter (where appropriate)
• Replace the fluid filter
• Perform fluid sample analysis
• Inspect the air/oil separator element
• Check all electrical connections and tighten
• Check condition and operation of electrical contacts
• Inspect all electrical wiring
• Inspect and service all condensate auto drains
• Inspect all flexible and solid pipe work including fittings for leaks
• Check and inspect cooling system
• Inspect all in-line filtration equipment
• General inspection and clean up of compressor to identify any potential problems.
• Assess drive system for functionality and reliability
• Test run of the air compressor and other compressed air equipment related to producing compressed air
• Condition Monitoring/vibration analysis on the drive motor and airend. Results will be logged into Trend Tracker = predictive maintenance of potential issues
• Receive a complete field service report card each visit

Yearly - 8,000 Hrs or 1 year intervals -
All services covered in the quarterly or semi-annual interval plus:

• Replace the air/oil separator element
• Check the return line length and replace the orifice specific return filter
• Replace fluid
