COVID-19 Response Policy

We will follow all Federal, State and Local Jurisdictional guidelines. Currently we are adhering to Jefferson
County Stay At Home order that has been extended to May 8 and the safety measures recommended by the
CDC.
All non-emergency travel is halted. Anyone that feels sick, has someone in their household that is sick, or has
any of the following symptoms must notify their supervisor, stay home and contact a doctor: fever, cough,
shortness of breath. In addition, anyone feeling sick or that has someone in their household that is sick, must
self-quarantine, unless cleared by a Doctor.

Preventative Measures

Social Distancing:

Telework will be utilized where feasible
Sales functions will be done remotely (phone and video)
Physical space of at least 6’ should be maintained. Avoid gatherings of more than 10 people.
Products will be shipped or delivered via courier or curbside pick-up

Etiquette:

Frequent and regular hand washing following the CDC guidelines, 20 seconds with soap and water or utilize hand sanitizer
Discontinue handshakes
Cover mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing – or cover with arm – and follow with hand washing

Blackhawk Offices:

Masks must be worn in all open and common areas
Subcontractors or visitors to Blackhawk must wear masks
Subcontractors and visitors are no longer required to sign in at the front desk
Facility will be disinfected twice a week by cleaning professionals
Wipe off work area regularly with disinfecting wipes

Customer and Vendor Locations:

Masks and gloves must be worn at all times while outside work truck
Discontinue in person check-in where possible
Request direct access to equipment and work area
Request curbside pickup from vendors
Minimize direct customer interaction
Wipe off equipment, tools and work area regularly with disinfecting wipes
